MCS Products .5GPM Fully Enclosed Misting Pump Supports 20 to 40 Nozzles and can be paired with our mist line kits or misting fan kits.  Our Fully Enclosed Misting Pumps utilize CAT Pumps industrial duty direct drive plunger pumps with integral pressure regulating valve, operate on 120VAC, and include a low water safety switch.  The low water safety switch feature prevents the system from operating if there is a loss of water supply pressure, preventing damage to the pump.  The fully enclosed models also include a heavy duty durable enclosure which houses dual gauges, input and output pressure, to ensure your system is operating optimally.

The misting systems work by elevating standard home water pressure, (typically 40 to 60 PSI) to a robust 1000 PSI.  This substantial increase in water pressure significantly enhances the efficiency of mist cooling and heat absorption through two key mechanisms:

Firstly, the pump's design allows for a greater flow of water through the nozzles, leading to more water being released and consequently, more effective cooling.

Secondly, the elevated pressure results in the production of finer, smaller mist droplets. These droplets evaporate more rapidly.  Faster evaporation leads to more efficient cooling.

With .5GPM to 2.0GPM capacity options, MCS Products Fully Enclosed Misting Pumps can be found in many diverse applications, including patio cooling for residential and restaurants, greenhouses, humidification systems, dust and odor control, among many others.

All MCS Products Fully Enclosed Misting Pumps operate on 120 VAC. Dedicated 20 Amp outlet is recommended.  Maximum water inlet pressure not to exceed 65 PSI.  Output water pressure should be adjusted to 1000 PSI at time of installation.  A single filter option is include with the misting pump.  For locations with hard water, select the double filtration option with anti scale filter.
