Refund policy

At MCS Products, we prioritize fairness and satisfaction for all our valued customers. Please take a moment to carefully review our return policy:

If you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, your product may be eligible for a return.

We do not impose restocking fees; however, you are responsible for shipping costs, which include both the initial shipping costs incurred by MCS Products to deliver the items to you and the return shipping costs. Additionally, any credit card processing fees associated with the transaction are also your responsibility.

Please be aware that we can ONLY process returns for unused, unopened products that remain in their original manufacturer packaging, complete with all manuals, accessories, packing slips, and packing materials. Items must be returned unused and unassembled in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery. No exceptions will be made.

Items ineligible for returns include:

  • Used items, opened items, or items removed from their original packaging.
  • Items that have been assembled or installed.
  • Clearance, custom-made, or made-to-order products.
  • Items not returned within 30 days of delivery receipt.
  • Items marked as "not returnable" in the item description.
  • Items shipped to us without prior Return Approval.

If your item(s) meet the criteria of being unused, unassembled, and in original packaging and are otherwise eligible for return, you can initiate a return by sending an email to orders@mcs-products.com. You will receive a response either approving the return or requesting additional information.

Upon approval, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping charges you paid are non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund minus shipping costs and associated charges.

Inspecting Your Delivery for Damaged Items

It is your responsibility to inspect delivered products for any damage or defects. You must notify us via email of any damage or defects within five business days of accepting delivery. No exceptions will be made.

If damage or defects are reported within 5 business days, we will:

  • Provide instructions for reporting the damage via email at orders@mcs-products.com.
  • Offer parts, a discount for keeping the item as is, or allow a return/replacement, provided the items are unused.
  • Note that items cannot be used to be eligible for replacement parts, discounts, or returns.

Failure to report damage or defects within 5 business days will result in no refunds, replacement parts, discounts, or exchanges being offered under any circumstances.

Manufacturer Warranty Guide

In the rare event that the item you received has defects, the brands we carry at MCS Products offer manufacturer warranties to cover many issues.

While we are happy to assist you in filing a warranty claim, please note that MCS Products does not directly handle or process warranty claims. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the manufacturer.

Bromic Heating: Register your Bromic product and file a claim using the form found [here].

Cal Flame: Initiate a warranty claim for your Cal Flame product by completing [this form].

Fire Magic: Register your Fire Magic product using the product registration form available [here] and direct any warranty inquiries to RH Peterson [here].
