About MCS Products

Thomas is a native Texan and holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University. After working as a real estate agent, he saw a need for mosquito control and misting systems, and together with Enrique, founded MCS Products.

Thomas and his wife Fabiola have two children. Their son is a graduate of Texas Tech, and their daughter is currently attending the University of Texas. In his free time, Thomas enjoys cooking, boating, and fishing.

Enrique is the VP of Operations for MCS Products and has many years of experience in the environmental services industry. He is highly skilled in negotiation, strategic planning, business development, and contract negotiation. Enrique holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad de Lima.

Enrique and his wife Denisse have two children. Their son is in middle school, and their daughter is a junior at the Colorado School of Mines. In his free time, Enrique enjoys shooting skeet and hunting.

Daniel is the manager of the manufacturing team and heads up the research and development department at MCS Products. He handles multiple tasks with efficient execution and always maintains a positive attitude. He came to MCS Products with 20 years of experience in product testing, research, and development and has now been with the company for over 8 years. Daniel holds an Associate's Degree in Applied Science.

Tom Patrick is a native Texan from Houston and moved to Austin in 1991. He has worked in the air conditioning industry for many years, both out in the field and in office work. Prior to that, he held various management positions in the food industry, which allowed him to develop excellent customer service skills from working directly with customers in demanding situations.

Tom is highly skilled in working with customers and ensuring that their needs are met and that they feel valued. He also works alongside Thomas on the sales side of MCS Products, helping to schedule sales appointments and explain the services that MCS Products offers to customers. He collaborates with Enrique on the servicing side to coordinate installations and customer accounts.

Teresa Ferraro is the Office Manager for MCS Products. She has more than 20 years of administrative experience in Office Management, Human Resources, and Accounting. Teresa plays a key role in the development and implementation of firm policies and procedures. She manages and oversees the administration of HR policies and maintains accounts payable, receivables, and monthly billing.

Teresa has been a resident of Austin since she moved from Las Vegas, Nevada in 2000. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and animals, exploring the beautiful Hill Country of Texas, hiking, biking, boating, and fishing.

Alix Anderson is an Accounts Receivable Specialist at MCS Products, renowned for her expertise in managing financial transactions. With a strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills, Alix ensures that the company's financial operations run seamlessly. She not only excels in handling invoices, tracking payments, and reconciling accounts but also fosters positive client relationships through her dedication to exceptional customer service. Alix is a proactive team player who actively seeks ways to improve processes, contributing to the efficiency of MCS Products' financial operations.

Alix Anderson's commitment to excellence and her invaluable role in maintaining financial stability make her an indispensable member of the Accounts Receivable department.
